Choosing a handpan is personal. Contact us to discuss your scale, note count, availability and delivery before placing your order.

Build time & payment

Our typical build time is 2–3 months. Contact us for the current estimate for your chosen instrument. We accept full payment only; please confirm the total price and payment details directly with us.

What is included

The handpan is sold on its own. Bags and cases are not included. Hardcase Technologies Repat soft bags and Evatek 2.0 hard-shell cases are available separately. Ask us about availability and prices.

Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide. Contact us with your destination so we can discuss delivery arrangements and shipping costs for your order.

Three years of free retuning

We offer free retuning for three years when the tuning issue was not caused by physical damage. Please contact us to discuss the issue and arrange retuning before sending an instrument. Ask us about transport arrangements and any associated shipping costs.

Returns & your rights

We do not offer voluntary returns in addition to your statutory rights. This does not limit any applicable legal rights, including rights relating to faulty goods or a statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.
